Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in Corporate Communications, reputation strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience advising complex, global organizations across multiple industries.
  • Strong executive presence with experience serving as a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards.
  • Sophisticated understanding of the interaction between corporate strategy, reputation, and business outcomes in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop senior executive relationships and generate new business.
  • Experience building integrated communications strategies across earned, owned, digital, and social channels.
  • Proven experience building offerings that combine data, intelligence, and advisory capabilities.
  • Excellent strategic judgment with an anticipatory approach to client counsel.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
  • Recognized US market presence with experience leading enterprise-level mandates in Europe and Asia.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on corporate reputation, positioning, stakeholder engagement, and communications strategies to strengthen trust and influence.
  • Serve as a trusted counselor to CEOs, boards, and Chief Communications Officers on business-critical reputation challenges.
  • Drive business development by cultivating senior executive relationships, originating new client opportunities, and expanding existing mandates.
  • Develop integrated communications strategies that align corporate positioning, executive communications, and thought leadership with business objectives.
  • Lead complex client engagements and oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality execution and outcomes.
  • Partner across internal practices and geographies to deliver integrated, coherent client offerings.
  • Develop proprietary intellectual property, methodologies, and AI-enabled tools to build customized client solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the firm's Corporate Communications offering by identifying emerging client needs and mentoring colleagues.
