Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience partnering with senior leaders in commercial, customer-facing, or revenue-generating organizations.
- Proven experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar functions within a global business.
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment is strongly preferred, with enterprise software or broader technology industry experience also valued.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of subscription-based, customer-centric business models.
- Demonstrated success in organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Experience operating effectively within global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. and LATAM employment law is preferred.
- A pragmatic, accountable, collaborative mindset with the ability to simplify complexity and turn business priorities into effective people solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, customer success, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational change, talent decisions, workforce needs, and business transformation.
- Support Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and other customer-facing or revenue-generating functions with tailored HR strategies.
- Build organizational capability through workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Coach leaders to create high-performing, inclusive, and engaged teams where employees can grow, contribute, and perform at their best.
- Lead key talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning.
- Translate complex business and people challenges into practical, scalable HR solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with global and cross-functional stakeholders to support transformation initiatives and ensure alignment across diverse teams and cultures.
