Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience as an Account Executive.
- Proven experience navigating healthcare sales in the US market, specifically with large physician groups (up to 400 providers).
- Previous experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including familiarity with outpatient settings and specialty care.
- Proven record of delivering results through strategic customer relationships with health systems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and create referenceable outcomes.
- Expertise in navigating enterprise organizations with shifting priorities and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with C-suite executives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for mid-market deals, effectively articulating the value proposition to key decision-makers and stakeholders and negotiating contracts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in physician-led networks, ambulatory clinics, and digital health companies to implement pilot programs and transition them into long-term agreements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively building pipeline, driving revenue growth, and focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Formulate and execute account plans, collaborating with customers to create roadmaps for full deployment and future expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with product, implementation, support, legal, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Influence Nabla’s product roadmap based on customer needs and feedback to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Represent Nabla at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to leadership.
