- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in fractional or consulting roles.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Working knowledge of multi-state employment compliance.
- Experience using a PEO or HRIS platform.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving small business.
- Strong organizational skills for managing deadlines and compliance.
- Crystal-clear written communication skills.
- Capable of managing sensitive employee relations conversations.
- Comfortable working with minimal structure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to for employee relations and manager coaching.
- Maintain the employee handbook and ensure multi-state compliance.
- Support benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage HR housekeeping, including I-9s and e-verify.
- Support performance management processes and career architecture.
- Run full-cycle recruiting from job description creation to offer extension.
- Partner with hiring managers to build efficient interview processes and hiring materials.
- Manage candidate pipelines using the Breezy ATS.
