Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-sufficient and well-organized approach to tasks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify patterns and confirm suspicious activity.
- File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) with regulatory agencies.
- Maintain service levels and workload in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls to provide monitoring support and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain standards of production, quality, and leadership for assigned workstreams.
