Requirements

  • BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or another quantitative field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or project-based industries.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting, loan draws, and tax equity fundings for energy-generating assets.
  • Working knowledge of project finance markets and debt/tax equity documentation compliance.
  • Understanding of transaction structures and risk allocation principles for power-generating assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in renewable energy or environmental industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage construction loan draws for various project portfolios.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and investors to complete construction loan conversions.
  • Support the Sr. Finance Manager with tax equity funding closing tasks, diligence, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare project-level and portfolio-level financial reporting, including budget vs. actuals and cash forecasting.
  • Generate documentation required for the release of funds from financing partners.
  • Maintain internal financial models to track portfolio fundings and investment returns.
  • Support the Director of FP&A and the Investments and Structured Finance team with ad hoc project reporting and special projects.
