Requirements
- BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or another quantitative field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or project-based industries.
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
- Experience managing budgets, reporting, loan draws, and tax equity fundings for energy-generating assets.
- Working knowledge of project finance markets and debt/tax equity documentation compliance.
- Understanding of transaction structures and risk allocation principles for power-generating assets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in renewable energy or environmental industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction loan draws for various project portfolios.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and investors to complete construction loan conversions.
- Support the Sr. Finance Manager with tax equity funding closing tasks, diligence, and financial modeling.
- Prepare project-level and portfolio-level financial reporting, including budget vs. actuals and cash forecasting.
- Generate documentation required for the release of funds from financing partners.
- Maintain internal financial models to track portfolio fundings and investment returns.
- Support the Director of FP&A and the Investments and Structured Finance team with ad hoc project reporting and special projects.
