Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or public accounting.
  • Prior M&A and/or private equity experience, such as deal modeling or due diligence.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling, LBO, and scenario analysis.
  • Expertise in building and auditing complex models independently.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional, non-financial stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning.
  • Build and maintain unit-level financial models for new locations, labor strategy, and unit economics.
  • Partner with business leaders to validate forecasts and improve accuracy.
  • Serve as a finance partner to cross-functional leaders to translate financial results into actionable recommendations.
  • Build deal models, including IRR analysis and accretion/dilution, to support strategic investments.
  • Assist with financial due diligence and post-merger integration tracking.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
  • Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate financial results.
