- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with Lever (ATS).
- Experience with Rippling for HRIS and onboarding workflows.
- Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing competitive roles, particularly in sales and growth-focused positions.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative partner to senior leadership.
- Experience in building talent pools through community events and university relations.
- Experience implementing inclusive hiring and fair evaluation practices.
- Ability to thrive in an evolving, ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Sciences, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-lifecycle searches across assigned requisitions, including sales, technical, and corporate roles.
- Leverage Lever and Rippling to manage recruiting workflows, track pipeline metrics, and optimize operations.
- Act as a consultative talent advisor to hiring managers and department leaders on interviewing best practices and market dynamics.
- Identify creative approaches to employer branding and manage university and professional community relations.
- Conduct market research and utilize creative sourcing strategies to help expand into new talent markets.
- Oversee external vendor relationships and tool performance to drive continuous improvement in recruiting metrics.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and company values throughout the recruitment life cycle.
