Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
- Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience required.
- Pharmaceutical sales recruitment experience preferred.
- Proficiency in sophisticated Boolean search language.
- Experience using deep web sourcing techniques.
- Ability to employ recruiting technologies to create efficiencies.
- Commitment to documentation and process adherence for compliance, including OFCCP standards.
- Demonstrated ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
- Ability to act as a mentor to other team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
- Review applicants via the applicant tracking system.
- Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Source candidates using resume databases, networking sites, social media, and deep web techniques.
- Provide value propositions to candidates and prepare them for interviews.
- Conduct professional phone interviews and assess candidate fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reporting and compliance adherence.
- Partner with hiring managers to articulate job offers and drive acceptance.
