Job Details

5-8 years of experience in Account Management.
Strong background in the advertising industry, digital media, and enterprise/agency client management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth.
Demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities and close upsells.
Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
Strategic planning and executive-level communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Experience using metrics to inform decisions and track account health.
Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful with technology and open to leveraging AI and emerging tools.

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Analyze campaign performance within the platform and translate data into stories that demonstrate ROI and guide client strategy.
Drive long-term product adoption, campaign optimization, and client value realization.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and close expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Lead regular business reviews with executive-level stakeholders to align on objectives and uncover growth.
Proactively monitor account health metrics to mitigate risk and ensure retention.
Collaborate with Account Executives to negotiate renewals and develop expansion proposals.
Synthesize client feedback to influence product roadmap and internal operational improvements.
Maintain detailed account documentation and activity tracking in CRM.
