Requirements

- Strong background in the advertising industry, digital media, and enterprise/agency client management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through account growth.
- Demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities and close upsells.
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strategic planning and executive-level communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience using metrics to inform decisions and track account health.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful with technology and open to leveraging AI and emerging tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance within the platform and translate data into stories that demonstrate ROI and guide client strategy.
- Drive long-term product adoption, campaign optimization, and client value realization.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and close expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead regular business reviews with executive-level stakeholders to align on objectives and uncover growth.
- Proactively monitor account health metrics to mitigate risk and ensure retention.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to negotiate renewals and develop expansion proposals.
- Synthesize client feedback to influence product roadmap and internal operational improvements.
- Maintain detailed account documentation and activity tracking in CRM.
