Requirements
- 4-8 years in SaaS implementation, project delivery, or customer onboarding (PM, Implementation Manager, Professional Services, TPM, etc.)
- Proven ability to run multiple implementations at once with strong stakeholder management
- Comfort working with technical and non-technical audiences such as Enrollment Ops, IT, and leadership
- Excellent project discipline including timelines, risks, communication, and follow-through
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation implementations
- Higher education sector experience is a strong plus
- Experience in a scaling environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success
- Build and manage the project plan including milestones, dependencies, and execution rhythm
- Lead structured discovery to clarify goals, workflows, and success criteria
- Translate requirements into a phased implementation approach and realistic timeline
- Maintain a clear go-live checklist covering UAT, data readiness, and training coordination
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to manage scope and timelines
- Ensure the configured product supports the customer's primary use cases and defined success criteria
- Lead customer working sessions and executive updates with confidence and clarity
