Requirements
- Experience leading multiple legal hold, eDiscovery, or closely related legal technology implementations from assessment through adoption.
- Strong knowledge of defensible eDiscovery processes, including preservation, collection, processing, review, production, and matter-level workflows.
- Proven ability to turn ad hoc processes into clearly documented, practical operating models and independently drive cross-functional stakeholder conversations.
- Excellent communication, project management, documentation, technology, and change-management skills.
- Background in legal operations, eDiscovery, litigation support, litigation case management, or paralegal work.
- Attorneys with relevant hands-on implementation experience are also welcome.
- Direct experience with DISCO is strongly preferred; deep experience implementing comparable platforms with the ability to learn DISCO quickly will also be considered.
- Experience supporting a public company, high-growth business, or complex cross-functional legal environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess current legal hold and eDiscovery practices and lead discovery with Legal, Risk & Compliance, and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and requirements.
- Design a consistent, defensible end-to-end program covering legal holds and the broader eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Operationalize the existing DISCO platform and integrate it into repeatable legal hold and eDiscovery workflows.
- Define roles, decision rights, escalation paths, and handoffs while creating practical documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Train internal stakeholders on the program and advise on implementation sequencing, resourcing, and transition needs.
