Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or client-facing technology projects within SaaS, fintech, or banking environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience supporting software implementation, configuration, or customer onboarding activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead customer-facing discussions.
- Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements effectively.
- Experience troubleshooting configuration or implementation-related issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, customer priorities, and implementation deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management, ticketing, or collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to support implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical implementation resource for assigned digital banking conversion projects by supporting customer onboarding activities, solution discussions, and configuration planning.
- Configure and support delivery of Alkami Digital Banking solutions by applying customer requirements, validating implementation details, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Lead customer-facing meetings and virtual working sessions to communicate progress, address configuration questions, and support stakeholder alignment.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution by analyzing platform behaviors and escalating complex technical issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and implementation stakeholders to coordinate technical deliverables and manage dependencies.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects by balancing customer communication, task management, and project milestones.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation including configuration details, requirements, and operational procedures.
- Conduct solution design sessions for new logo customers by gathering requirements and recommending configuration approaches.
