Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion.
- Strong technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Familiarity with API specifications like OpenAPI.
- Proficiency in web development and writing scripts for internal tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby, Golang).
- Experience using tools like Postman for API testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing integration team focused on delivering seamless client onboarding.
- Work closely with clients to provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process.
- Own and maintain API documentation, SDK guides, and integration support materials.
- Analyze technical and functional client requirements to design scalable solutions leveraging Sardine's product suite.
- Manage implementation project timelines, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and deliverables.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders based on client business problems and requirements.
