Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Engineer, or Senior Engineer designing end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, tool-calling, and multi-step conversational workflows.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building and extending enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, including document ingestion, chunking, metadata strategies, and vector stores.
- Proficiency in Python for AI application development and integration.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience integrating with cloud AI services and model platforms such as Amazon Bedrock or Amazon SageMaker.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (ideally AWS) including networking, IAM, container orchestration, and serverless services.
- Experience instrumenting AI solutions with logging, monitoring, and feedback loops.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify high-value use cases for AI and automated solutions.
- Translate business objectives into technical designs covering workflows, data flows, and integration points.
- Design and implement AI Agentic solutions that execute multi-step tasks across APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.
- Build solution workflows using patterns like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines including ingestion, vector indexing, and hybrid search.
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise core systems and collaboration tools.
- Define guardrails, security controls, and PII protection for AI implementations.
- Track KPIs to drive continuous improvement and production readiness.
