Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience.
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Strong backend development experience with Python and/or Node.js, including FastAPI and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Significant experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini.
- Deep understanding of AI engineering concepts: RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, and security.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong API and system integration capabilities.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CIO).
- Experience working directly with customers in a discovery or pre-sales capacity.
Responsibilities
- Identify business problems and translate them into AI concepts, architectures, and production solutions.
- Build compelling, industry-specific demonstrations for Salesforce and proprietary CRM platforms.
- Develop AI agents, intelligent CRM capabilities, and RAG-based knowledge systems.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and Services teams to embed AI standards and frameworks across the organization.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions, technical workshops, and AI strategy presentations for senior business leaders.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions to meet tight project deadlines.
- Create technical content including videos, articles, and architecture walkthroughs to showcase capabilities.
