Requirements
- Have experience working with LLMs or Generative AI.
- Have practical knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
- Be familiar with LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Have strong knowledge of Python and solid software engineering fundamentals.
- Have experience with API integrations.
- Understand AI evaluation, AI governance, and guardrails.
- Be able to experiment with, test, and continuously optimize AI solutions.
- AWS Cloud Architecture is a plus.
- Experience with vector databases or MLOps is a plus.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Conversational AI, or Voice AI experience is a plus.
- Experience building production-ready, cloud-native AI solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent processes.
- Create and optimize prompts, orchestration strategies, and RAG solutions.
- Design AI evaluation frameworks, quality metrics, and AI guardrails.
- Integrate AI solutions through APIs.
- Experiment with and continuously optimize the quality, performance, and cost of AI solutions.
- Collaborate on building scalable and reusable AI capabilities.
- Help deploy AI capabilities to production environments.
