Have at least 5 years of professional experience developing and delivering AI or machine learning solutions.
Understand modern AI technologies and software engineering principles, with advanced expertise in at least one AI-related area.
Have very good knowledge of Python and practical experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
Have implemented AI solutions in production environments, beyond research and proof-of-concept stages.
Have experience designing end-to-end AI architectures covering data processing, models, APIs, system integrations, deployment, and monitoring.
Have experience leading technical projects or complex workstreams involving multiple engineers, teams, and business stakeholders.
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate technical approaches and recommend solutions.
Be able to explain complex technical concepts, clarify requirements, and constructively challenge assumptions.
Bring a practical, solution-oriented mindset focused on business needs.
Be able to work independently, make technical decisions, and manage projects with evolving or initially undefined requirements.
Have a relevant technical university degree or equivalent professional experience.
Have very good English and Polish.

Own AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from initial analysis and solution design to development, production deployment, and handover.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify challenges, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
Design technical solutions, establish project scope, and prepare implementation plans.
Develop and implement AI solutions involving machine learning, computer vision, large language models, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, platforms, and existing tools for practical implementation.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and project contributors, coordinate activities, and manage dependencies across teams.
Present technical recommendations, explain limitations, and assess implementation costs and risks.
Assess the feasibility and business value of proposed AI applications and recommend alternative approaches when appropriate.
Work with product and platform teams to turn successful AI implementations into scalable, reusable solutions.
Participate in technical reviews, contribute to engineering best practices, and support less-experienced engineers.
