Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience facilitating working sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience collaborating with software engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong technical analysis and requirements decomposition capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- Ability to travel to the United States approximately once per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day technical leader for an assigned enterprise client implementation.
- Facilitate technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with client stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into implementation-ready user stories for engineering teams.
- Define API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, and business processes.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery issues proactively.
- Produce comprehensive solution documentation and implementation guidance.
- Partner with project delivery leads to maintain solution readiness and alignment.
