Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, SDET, or test automation.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for test automation and framework development.
- Hands-on experience with REST API testing and automation.
- Solid knowledge of BDD and TDD methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) applied to QA workflows.
- Experience implementing UI visual regression frameworks such as Applitools, Percy, or Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD tool integration.
- Proven experience leading DORA metrics measurement and improvement.
- Experience testing complex systems like microservices and distributed architectures.
- Strong understanding of unit, integration, load, and functional testing approaches.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily QA technical activities within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Define and oversee automation strategy for small to mid-sized projects.
- Design and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks.
- Integrate Generative AI and AI-native practices into testing workflows.
- Implement UI visual regression testing using tools like Playwright, Applitools, or Percy.
- Lead DORA metrics measurement and improvement initiatives.
- Partner with frontend, DevOps, and SRE teams to align quality with delivery goals.
- Mentor QA and engineering professionals on best practices.
