Requirements
- Strong, recent experience building and shipping production software as a hands-on engineer.
- Deep proficiency in .NET/C# and TypeScript/Node.
- Strong experience with React and modern web development.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and SQL.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, automated testing, and production observability.
- Hands-on fluency with AI development tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions balancing scalability and delivery speed.
- Experience serving as a technical lead, influencing direction without formal management authority.
Responsibilities
- Own the team's technical outcomes by ensuring code quality, reliability, maintainability, and security.
- Translate product and business problems into pragmatic technical solutions through independent design and implementation.
- Mentor engineers across all experience levels to improve their judgment and technical skills.
- Champion AI-driven engineering and automation to optimize workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems using deep debugging, observability, and system-level knowledge.
