Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales and/or healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated experience with prospecting, lead generation, pipeline development, and winning new business.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain productive client relationships.
- Proficiency in multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and social media.
- Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and translate insights into strategy.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to collaborate on client solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple prospects and activities simultaneously.
- Experience in healthcare sales, healthcare recruitment, or staffing is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with schools or within education is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new and previous client relationships to generate new job orders, accounts, and revenue.
- Conduct business development activities through phone, email, social media, and networking.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Research market trends, competitive activity, and credentialing expectations to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct consultative conversations to uncover client challenges and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
- Support negotiations involving pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data through the business development lifecycle.
- Meet established business development KPIs and manage activities toward growth outcomes.
