Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales and/or healthcare experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with prospecting, lead generation, pipeline development, and winning new business.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain productive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel outreach including phone, email, and social media.
  • Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and translate insights into strategy.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to collaborate on client solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, performance-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple prospects and activities simultaneously.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, healthcare recruitment, or staffing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with schools or within education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new and previous client relationships to generate new job orders, accounts, and revenue.
  • Conduct business development activities through phone, email, social media, and networking.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Research market trends, competitive activity, and credentialing expectations to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to uncover client challenges and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
  • Support negotiations involving pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity data through the business development lifecycle.
  • Meet established business development KPIs and manage activities toward growth outcomes.
