Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of experience in a similar role and a Master’s degree.

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of experience in a similar role with a Master’s degree.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, with cardiology experience preferred.
Experience in device or clinical sales working with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred.
Experience in healthcare process improvement or cardiovascular leadership preferred.
Proficiency with business tools including Salesforce and Microsoft Visio.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data quickly to glean actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to ambiguity and complexity.
Must be able to travel up to 50%.

Create and lead end-to-end customer experience strategy and differentiated solutions based on insights and analytics.
Design customer journeys to support clinical, operational, and financial goals for the Zio Service.
Partner with key health system stakeholders like Cardiovascular Service Line leadership to align on success metrics and program optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales, EHR Integration Managers, and Revenue Cycle Billing Managers to drive adoption.
Strategically partner with geographic sales teams to support business plans for deep and broad health system penetration.
Standardize care and create operational efficiencies to differentiate iRhythm as a trusted partner in ambulatory cardiac monitoring.
