Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or an associate degree combined with equivalent relevant professional experience.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, or 6–10 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
- Approximately 4 years of prior management experience.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing complex programs and managing teams within defined scopes, budgets, and contractual requirements.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills for senior-level stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret metrics, identify trends, and evaluate risks.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology tools.
- Ability to organize people, processes, and systems while managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee managers, associate managers, and supervisors to ensure high-quality support to patients and healthcare providers.
- Manage assigned programs according to contractual scopes, business rules, SOPs, and budgets.
- Serve as a strategic day-to-day contact for complex clients, resolving issues and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of client reports and business reviews.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, project-specific processes, training materials, and electronic application solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate employees while fostering supervisory capabilities.
- Represent the program in internal and external meetings and participate in strategic initiatives.
