Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product management in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery
- Proven track record of measurable business impact through analytics and competitive analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience with user research and usability testing
- Data-driven approach to prioritizing problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from discovery to launch
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to generate business insights
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to rapidly develop best-in-class products
- Define key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation
- Engage deeply with customers to understand buyer and user needs, and diagnose pain points
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on field enablement and go-to-market activities
- Work with stakeholders to develop and optimize product execution processes
