Requirements

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, health services, social sciences, clinical discipline, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant healthcare experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum of six years of experience supporting a large corporation, healthcare organization, or government agency.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and implementation methodologies.
  • Experience translating complex program requirements into actionable plans and operational tools.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional technical writing skills for program plans, reports, and briefings.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other large federal healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive program and project management across all phases of the ERCM Pilot, including scheduling, risk management, and governance.
  • Support the design of ERCM operating models, clinical workflows, and escalation processes.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the pilot across three sites, including onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Government leads, BHIP teams, MHTCs, and suicide prevention personnel.
  • Develop program documentation, implementation plans, briefing materials, and executive reports.
  • Identify trends and lessons learned to inform recommendations for program refinement and national scale.
  • Facilitate Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
