Job Details

Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant project/program management experience.
Required Skills: Project Management

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in business administration, healthcare administration, health services, public health, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of four years of relevant project or program management experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience in healthcare implementation and clinical workflows.
Proficiency in technical writing, project documentation, and communication.
Ability to develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk/issue registers.
Ability to translate project findings into actionable information for leadership.
Preferred: Experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), or other large integrated healthcare systems.

Serve as the primary contractor point of contact to VHA for project-related matters, SME support requests, and contractor performance.
Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, including development of plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional project activities across Government and contractor teams.
Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of the ERCM Pilot across selected sites.
Develop and maintain project documentation, decision logs, risk registers, and briefing materials for leadership.
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements to address project requirements.
Support transition and scaling planning based on evaluation findings and pilot lessons learned.
