Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in business administration, healthcare administration, health services, public health, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of relevant project or program management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience in healthcare implementation and clinical workflows.
- Proficiency in technical writing, project documentation, and communication.
- Ability to develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk/issue registers.
- Ability to translate project findings into actionable information for leadership.
- Preferred: Experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), or other large integrated healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contractor point of contact to VHA for project-related matters, SME support requests, and contractor performance.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, including development of plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities across Government and contractor teams.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of the ERCM Pilot across selected sites.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, decision logs, risk registers, and briefing materials for leadership.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder engagements to address project requirements.
- Support transition and scaling planning based on evaluation findings and pilot lessons learned.
