Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction estimating, means and methods, and project accounting.
- Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable construction practices.
- Ability to develop comprehensive project schedules and break complex projects into trade packages.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical abilities for risk evaluation and solution development.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and stakeholder meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for major construction projects across assigned U.S. markets.
- Monitor project schedules, safety, administration, profitability, and procurement.
- Identify and resolve complex technical, financial, and subcontractor-related issues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, architects, and engineering firms.
- Prepare project administration documentation including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Visit active job sites to maintain an accurate understanding of project status and operational challenges.
- Prepare and deliver monthly project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
