Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, infrastructure, mission-critical environments, or data center projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects involving contractors, vendors, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of the full construction lifecycle, including design coordination, preconstruction, execution, budget management, closeout, and turnover.
- Experience working with project budgets, ROM estimates, schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience supporting data center, critical infrastructure, telecom, electrical, or mechanical construction projects valued at $20 million or more.
- Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
- PMP, CCM, or LEED certification is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned facilities and data center construction projects across design coordination, preconstruction, execution, closeout, and turnover.
- Serve as a day-to-day coordination point for architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, preconstruction meetings, contractor coordination meetings, owner meetings, and site visits.
- Track project decisions, action items, risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical-path activities.
- Support ROM budget development, cost and estimate reviews, change-order evaluation, forecasting, and ongoing budget tracking.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting documentation, punch lists, closeout materials, and turnover requirements.
