Requirements
- 12+ years of comprehensive technology, data analytics, modernization, or enterprise information systems experience.
- 8+ years of dedicated project/program management experience leading multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, cloud architects, and data scientists.
- Documented history as the primary, personally accountable manager for a large-scale federal, state, military, or local government technology or data program.
- Verifiable experience making evidence-based recommendations directly to senior executives or government stakeholders.
- Hands-on program management experience with enterprise analytics, fraud/waste/abuse analytics, or modernization of audit functions.
- Expertise running rigid milestone-driven, firm-fixed-price (FFP) government deliveries.
- PMP certification strongly preferred; PgMP is highly valuable.
- Ability to successfully clear an FDLE Level II background screening (including fingerprinting) within 5 business days of award.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Chameleon’s primary executive interface and trusted advisor to the OCIG and Chief Inspector General (CIG).
- Direct the integrated master schedule across all 15 sequential project deliverables.
- Maintain total readiness for compliance audits, gathering technical acceptance evidence, tracking risks/dependencies, and compiling formal CIG approval packages.
- Lead immediate technical corrective actions and pivot strategies if independent state testing or validation identifies platform deficiencies.
- Author and present high-level decision papers, executive briefings, and data-driven recommendations to state leadership and oversight bodies.
- Protect project boundaries against the FFP baseline and negotiate change order requirements.
- Drive the strategic deployment and onboarding roadmap for state agencies.
- Own the structural compilation of final project closure dossiers and the Enterprise Expansion Roadmap.
