Requirements
- Accredited four-year Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related industry experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of project management experience in heavy industrial, complex engineering projects.
- Advanced understanding of capital project delivery and execution across all project phases.
- Expertise in project phases including Front-End Loading (FEL), detailed design, and construction support.
- Strong command of project controls, including scheduling, planning, and estimating.
- Proficiency in cost management, forecasting, and change management.
- Experience in sectors such as heavy industrial, refining, chemical, power, mining, or manufacturing.
- Ability to travel for project requirements (limited to <15%).
Responsibilities
- Lead complex multidisciplinary engineering and procurement projects from concept through execution.
- Manage industrial capital projects with values up to $60M.
- Oversee project controls including scheduling, planning, estimating, cost management, and forecasting.
- Implement change management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership across all project phases including FEL, detailed design, and construction support.
- Coordinate with major industrial clients to ensure project success.
