Requirements
- 5-7 years of customer-facing PM experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience managing large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience managing projects at a software development company.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with systems integration.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with planning and resourcing projects in a Project and Portfolio Management Solution.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff through deployment, managing integrated project plans.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
- Manage project financials and scope with discipline, including tracking budgets and change control.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and influence outcomes across Client Services, Product, and Technology.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and provide direction, guidance, and support.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the PMO.
