Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience within the insurance industry (carrier, MGA, or vendor) or B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of operating at senior executive levels and driving transformational revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and Board-level audiences.
  • Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar commercial agreements and complex enterprise negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of insurance industry dynamics and workflows (rating, underwriting, policy admin, claims, billing).
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for presenting complex technical propositions.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, including business case development and data synthesis.
  • High political acuity for navigating complex stakeholder environments and managing competing interests.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver double-digit annual revenue growth across strategic accounts by securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreements.
  • Design and execute transformational account growth strategies that align client digital ambitions with platform capabilities.
  • Identify and convert strategic whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent business units.
  • Engage and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Lead executive presentations, strategic workshops, and quarterly business reviews with authority.
  • Represent the company as a credible thought leader at industry forums and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Customer Success, to influence roadmaps and ensure client success.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM discipline and accurate sales forecasting.
