- 5+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or a closely related financial analysis role.
- Strong business and financial acumen connecting operational trends with financial implications.
- Advanced analytical skills working with large, complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong financial modeling, profitability analysis, forecasting, and business-case development capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Confidence engaging with executive audiences.
- Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance advisor to worldwide Customer Success and Lifetime Value leaders.
- Partner with business-unit services finance teams to evaluate sales performance and business drivers.
- Own and enhance the global Net Dollar Retention model in Power BI.
- Lead profitability analyses for the GreenLake business to improve margins.
- Support recurring financial management activities including flash reporting and executive business reviews.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and strategic analyses to support investment decisions.
- Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support strategic deal reviews as a secondary worldwide operating-system deal approver.
