Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational levels.
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Visio.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day business analysis activities.
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches and industry-standard strategy frameworks.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others and contribute to reusable business analysis artifacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required by clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact interviews and workshops with executives and stakeholders to define project vision, scope, and success metrics.
- Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" value streams and business processes to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including for AI/ML and GenAI features.
- Define data requirements, model behavior, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
- Support experimentation and rollout, including test design, feedback loops, training, and SOP updates.
- Partner with architects and developers to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Use Generative AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design.
