Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with hands-on AI feature/product shipping.
- Ability to read Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript to evaluate architecture decisions.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic systems (planning, tool use, guardrails).
- Proven ability to prototype solutions using tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience running evaluation frameworks and defining agent behavior.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS AI services (e.g., Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, Kendra).
- Excellent communication skills for translating AI tradeoffs to executive audiences.
- Experience working in consulting or agency environments.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product delivery for complex AI and agentic AI engagements, from discovery through phased rollout.
- Define and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned with enterprise business outcomes.
- Lead discovery activities including user research and assumption testing.
- Design and run experiments such as POCs and pilot deployments.
- Define agent behavior including system prompts, tool schemas, and working memory patterns.
- Establish evals frameworks to iterate on reasoning quality and safety.
- Define success metrics including task completion rate and time to resolution.
- Lead stakeholder communication regarding AI tradeoffs and strategy.
