Requirements
- Technical background with software engineering experience or architectural fluency.
- Ability to prototype using AI coding tools.
- Fluency with LLM concepts including prompting, evals, retrieval, and fine-tuning.
- Experience building B2B SaaS products in a regulated industry such as fintech, insurtech, or healthcare.
- Strong customer research instincts and ability to synthesize qualitative data.
- Data fluency and comfort with dashboarding and quantitative analysis.
- Track record of shipping products in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills for documentation and specs.
- Ability to build strong, credible working relationships with engineers.
- Experience managing product metrics and guiding iteration based on results.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your area including discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
- Turn non-deterministic LLMs into reliable, mission-critical mortgage automation by defining requirements and evaluating tradeoffs.
- Lead customer discovery with mortgage lenders, loan officers, and ops teams to shape the roadmap.
- Prototype and explore product ideas hands-on using AI coding tools.
- Craft well-structured product specs and acceptance criteria for Engineering and Design teams.
- Define success metrics for major initiatives and drive post-launch iterations.
- Represent the voice of the customer in technical architecture discussions.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape positioning and influence deal cycles.
