Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a dedicated focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (e.g., UiPath), or AI-driven application engineering.
- Proven understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
- Demonstrable expertise in authoring rigorous PDDs and collaborating on SDDs with strict traceability.
- Strong track record operating within Agile frameworks.
- Ability to serve as the definitive translation layer between executive business stakeholders and technical engineering pods.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to act as a strategic advisor.
- UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive “As-Is" analysis to design optimized “To-Be" states.
- Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and partner on Solution Designs (SDDs).
- Perform hands-on gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation.
- Advise clients on shaping long-term automation roadmaps.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including IDP and Process Mining.
