Job Details

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or OnePlan.
Experience working at a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences company.
Advanced written and spoken English fluency (B2 to C1/C2).
Ability to understand schemas, APIs, and basic SQL.
Experience with data integration requirements, field mapping, and business rules.
Strong data quality analysis and agile delivery experience.
Familiarity with MDM concepts and clinical data platforms like CTMS, EDC, or Medidata.
Understanding of clinical trial operations, feasibility, and site selection phases.

Own the definition and documentation of data integration requirements between Partex.AI and internal/external sources.
Document data exchange flows, triggering mechanisms, mapping logic, and conflict resolution rules for integrations.
Translate integration requirements into detailed specifications for the Data and Technology team.
Identify authoritative data sources for various data domains and define rules for matching and merging records.
Collaborate with Product Managers and clinical operations stakeholders to translate feasibility workflows into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Serve as the primary requirements interface with the implementation team to ensure vendor deliverables meet documented needs.
Monitor integration health and data quality, maintaining documentation as a living artifact.
Support UAT and validation through requirements traceability and remediation of data quality issues.
