Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, or business operations.
- Proven experience with job costing and understanding its impact on gross margin reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and nested logic.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, specifically class and location tracking in multi-entity environments.
- Experience working with CRM or field service management platforms.
- Strong written and spoken English for documentation and weekly video calls with U.S. staff.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner with obsessive attention to detail.
- Capacity to clearly communicate problems and discrepancies to stakeholders.
- Availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours for daily coordination.
- Must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
Responsibilities
- Trace every expense to the correct job, department, and category to eliminate miscoded spend.
- Manage purchase order accuracy from issuance through reconciliation and support revenue, COGS, and gross profit reporting.
- Reconcile data between field service platforms, QuickBooks, and CRM to identify discrepancies.
- Produce accurate, timely commission reports and resolve technician disputes.
- Develop and maintain department-level performance dashboards and KPI tracking for ownership.
- Oversee CRM data hygiene, including tag structures, duplicate management, and pipeline data integrity.
- Draft and implement data standards to ensure information remains clean as the company scales.
- Investigate and report on margin erosion, cost creep, and pricing problems.
