Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects using structured project management methodologies.
- Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Practical experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, changes, resources, governance, communications, and dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology vendors and supplier relationships.
- Intermediate proficiency with Smartsheet and advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL, AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Services, SDx, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, network equipment, operating systems, enterprise applications, data centers, cloud computing, security tools, and data management.
- Understanding of the complete infrastructure lifecycle, from planning and procurement through implementation, asset management, monitoring, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise environments involving Oracle EBS, Salesforce, Rental Man, Vertex, Azure, Citrix, Databricks, and OneID.
- Strong consultative, strategic, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, suppliers, and executive leadership.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, changes, governance, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct reporting authority, ensuring clear responsibilities, priorities, and project outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, resource allocation, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, and governance structures using appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, technical teams, external suppliers, and executive leadership, providing clear communication and status reporting.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and continuously monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Oversee vendor management and procurement activities, ensuring suppliers meet contractual, technical, financial, and delivery expectations.
- Apply knowledge of IT infrastructure components and their lifecycle, including servers, storage, networks, operating systems, enterprise applications, data centers, cloud environments, security tools, and data management.
- Support initiatives involving cloud services, ITSM/ITIL, cybersecurity, AI and machine learning, SDx, and broader technology transformation.
- Contribute to project governance and executive decision-making by translating complex technical information into clear business-oriented recommendations.
