Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Proven track record delivering digital projects in the telco sector, ideally in Mexico or LATAM.
- Deep familiarity with telco digital channels, prepaid/postpaid models, and internal operations.
- Strong command of Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Notion, and Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated experience with agile and lean delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing digital transformation, business process optimization, or organizational change.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resources simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead oversight and governance mechanisms for various workstreams.
- Build and maintain program plans, schedules, RAIDD logs, and performance reports.
- Manage complex, competing priorities using structured, creative thinking.
- Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, QA, and product.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Surface and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
- Establish and maintain project management processes across all workstreams.
