Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
- 3–5+ years of professional project management experience, including 3+ years with software development teams.
- 2–3+ years of experience in iGaming or another highly regulated digital environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Advanced experience using Jira and other project management platforms for reporting and workflow configuration.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-impact projects.
- Solid expertise in project risk management, governance, change control, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technical integrations, and frontend/backend concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead strategic initiatives including market entries, platform enhancements, and regulatory programs.
- Coordinate dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across multiple departments.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable project roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and BI.
- Establish project risk frameworks and lead risk workshops with mitigation planning.
- Provide technical delivery oversight, including understanding software development lifecycles and technical architecture.
- Mentor junior team members and improve project management standards and processes.
