Requirements
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience in software development
- Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
- Ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, integrations, and CI/CD
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong ownership, accountability, and independence, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and work effectively under pressure
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Responsibilities
- Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations
- Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and help resolve delivery challenges
- Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders
- Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross-team collaboration
