Requirements
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
- Experience managing teams of at least 15 employees.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or GoHighLevel (preferred).
- Experience with project management software like Monday.com, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution of company initiatives from planning through completion.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders are accountable.
- Lead department managers and team leaders, including coaching and performance reviews.
- Oversee client and Virtual Assistant onboarding processes.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks through process improvement.
- Implement and lead the adoption of AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
- Build dashboards and reporting for business performance visibility.
