Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Operations, or Program Management.
- Proven experience working in a startup or founder-led business.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors and external partners.
- Strong process improvement and documentation skills.
- Experience working with operational workflows and business systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational execution across the business.
- Own project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology vendors, legal partners, and servicing partners.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable SOPs, workflows, and documentation.
- Improve CRM workflows and operational automations.
- Review and maintain lending documentation for accuracy and consistency.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for outsourced software development teams.
- Support the founder with operational planning, recruiting, and onboarding.
