Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing a distributed field team in construction or home services.
- Proven track record of building KPI frameworks and performance management systems from scratch.
- Direct people management experience.
- Proficiency in working with data and dashboards to drive decision-making.
- Experience managing teams through periods of change.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the KPI framework for Regional Project Managers (on-time completion, budget variance, quality inspection, SLAs).
- Run a regular weekly and monthly performance review cadence with each Regional PM.
- Manage the documentation trail for performance, commitments, and changes.
- Serve as the escalation point above Regional PMs for issues that cannot be resolved at the regional level.
- Represent regional performance data to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that make regional performance visible.
- Standardize how installations are tracked across regions.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Regional Project Manager team.
