Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience working with or for retailers in digital marketing or DTC marketing capacity.
- Consultative skills with experience operating in enterprise-level retail environments.
- Track record of owning and growing a portfolio of high-value, high-complexity accounts.
- Fluency across email marketing, SMS, digital marketing operations, data analytics, and CRM.
- Comfort with online consumer analytics, including transactions, average order value, and conversion rates.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as GA or Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to build relationships across every level of a marketing organization.
- Willingness to travel to customers at least 20% of the time.
- Strong self-starter and team-player mindset with mentoring experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow an enterprise book of business, digging into what makes each customer's business tick and building a marketing strategy on Bluecore's platform.
- Dive into daily, weekly, monthly, and annual results across Bluecore, Excel/Sheets, and platforms like GA or Adobe, turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Spot trends early, pressure test hunches, and move fast from root cause to real solution.
- Navigate relationships across every level of a customer's marketing organization, from practitioners to leadership.
- Own the rhythm of the account, managing alignment meetings, goal tracking, and commercial health to ensure renewals and upsells.
- Solve problems proactively, acting as a trusted advisor to turn stakeholders into champions.
- Master the Bluecore platform to unlock both fundamental and advanced plays for clients.
- Manage and prioritize a full slate of enterprise initiatives with strong program management skills.
