Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing coordination, workforce coordination, scheduling, healthcare administration, operations, Talent Acquisition, or recruitment preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ATS systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup.
- Ability to work hours aligned with US business operations (9am-5pm EST).
Responsibilities
- Match therapists with clients based on availability, location, service needs, and suitability.
- Coordinate therapist placements, schedules, and staffing assignments.
- Monitor open cases and proactively address outstanding staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists, families, and internal teams.
- Manage staffing-related communication and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.
- Support therapist engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination.
- Support the onboarding of new clinicians.
- Maintain accurate staffing records, documentation, and system information.
- Track staffing activity, placements, open cases, and relevant metrics.
