Job Details

Have 10+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
Have strong verbal and written English at C1 equivalent.
Have experience working with US-based companies, including owning HR for a company, business unit, or team.
Bring hands-on experience negotiating compensation and managing full-cycle onboarding.
Have working knowledge of employee versus contractor classification, including international hires and multi-state US employment considerations.
Have experience with Gusto.
Have experience building people processes such as performance reviews, onboarding programs, or learning and development initiatives.
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Submit a CV in English.

Manage hiring pipelines, screen applications, and coordinate candidates through interviews with internal stakeholders.
Partner with leadership on capacity planning and confirm budget alignment before roles open.
Negotiate salaries with incoming hires and manage full-cycle onboarding, including contracts.
Manage employees and contractors in the US and internationally, and research hiring requirements for new US states or countries.
Build and run performance reviews, learning and development, and culture initiatives.
Lead leadership and professional development initiatives for coaches and consultants.
Support employees through workplace challenges with a coaching mindset.
Identify organizational gaps and recommend and lead new people initiatives.
Support leadership with day-to-day HR needs while maintaining a relationship-first remote team culture.
